Beacon Collision Center operates from a 24,000-square-foot, late-model facility spanning more than 4 acres. The operation is recognized as one of the region's premier full-service collision centers, featuring modern equipment, a trained workforce, and a high-capacity layout designed to support today's repair volume and OEM certification requirements.

David Melton served as the acquisitions team for Cochran Automotive, providing support on target evaluation, real estate structure, transaction coordination, and transition planning.

The Youngstown facility offered flexibility across multiple ownership and capital structures, including business acquisitions, real estate partnerships, and long-term net lease structures. Employee retention and operational continuity were priorities throughout the process, supporting a smooth transition following closing.
